About Our Founder & Company’s History!

Our Company, AndreReese.Biz - Tax, Accounting, Retail, & Life Services LLC! stands on the shoulders of over two and a half decades of experience in the financial services industry, our founder, Andre Reese, has gained. We are a Richmond, Virginia-based LLC that began on November 12, 2023.

Before creating this entity, Andre built two successful Schedule-C biznesses that were created on a simple idea. He realized that Tax Preparation, Personal and Business-Advisement, Accounting, and e-Commerce are not rocket science, but there was a relationship gap in the industry. Andre decided to approach the problem from a different perspective. His goal was not to have “financial/retail one-night-stands” but to develop mutually beneficial “long-term relationships” with his clients. Twenty-five years later, he has fully realized his dream, and most of his clients are his dear friends!

Late in the evening of November 11, 2023, Andre received a “download” from outer space, allowing him to decode the next level of the Entrepreneurial-Matrix! 🤔 In the early hours of November 12, he logged onto the State Corporations Commission’s Office of the State of Virginia and filed Articles of Incorporation. Later that same day, he made an S-Corporation election with the Internal Revenue Service.

Andre’s previous two Schedule-C companies, AAR3Tax & Accounting Services! (established in September 2001), and AAR3 Retail! (established in January of 2016) both sunseted on 12-31-2023 at 11:59:59 PM. All of his existing client relationships seamlessly transfer to AndreReese.Biz - TARALS LLC! All prior clients of AAR3Tax continue to receive the same elevated experience with the new company, AndreReese.Biz - TARALS LLC!

Andre is often described as being a trustworthy, dependable, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and curious problem solver who loves a challenge.

Although he goes by Andre Reese, his official “Government” name is Ambrus Andreas Reese III, MBA.

He has a few degrees:

BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing - California State University, East Bay, Hayward, CA
MBA Degree in Management Sciences - California State University, East Bay, Hayward, CA

Andre held numerous W-2 positions in the corporate world, ranging from Staff Accountant, Sr. Auditor, Sr. Financial Analyst, Controller, and, finally, the Director of Finance, Accounting, & HR, before ultimately retiring from the W-2 Matrix.

Our Company currently serves clients all over the United States, many of whom we have never met in person! We fully embraced technology, social media, tech tools, and highly efficient processes to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Andre recently married his “BooBae” Marilyn after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area to Richmond, Virginia. They dated for a little over a year while in a long-distance coast-to-coast relationship. After they became engaged, they took another year to plan the wedding and meet the rest of each other’s family and friends. They jumped the broom last year on July 27, 2025, then traveled Europe for 4 weeks on their honeymoon. They visited six countries (England, France, Italy, Germany, Monaco, and Switzerland)! Andre also has two children, Nik (34) and Amber (19). In his spare time, he spends time with his wife/family/friends, rides his bike, goes on adventures, and travels the world so he can prove tax deductions and bizness opportunities exist everywhere on earth if you own the right bizness.

Andre is a Foundational Black American (FBA) Accountant. His heritage traces to West Africa & Europe: Nigeria/Yoruba 38.9% 🇳🇬, Cameroon/Bamum/Bantu 10.8% 🇨🇲, Ghana++/Akan 10.2% 🇬🇭, Sierra Leon/Mende 9.8% 🇸🇱, English++ & Welsh🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 9.2%, German++ 7.8%🇩🇪, Mali/Mandinka 7.1% 🇲🇱, Kenya/Luhya 3.1% 🇰🇪, Angola/Ovambo 1.6% 🇦🇴, and Malawi/Bantu 1.6% 🇲🇼. He is proud of his heritage and has visited (++) 3 of the 10 countries.
