2. We are now a 100 % virtual company based in Richmond, Virginia.

3. We cannot get all our clients processed by the April 15, 2026, deadline if no one files an extension.

4. If we haven’t started your tax preparation process by March 25th, 2026, there is a strong chance we may have to file an extension if your return is more complicated.

5. For the final extension deadline (October 15, 2026), we will be out of the country starting October 13, 2026.

Please help us this year by:

1. Let us know if you need our assistance this year as soon as possible. 🙏🏿

2. Please check in ASAP by:

   1. Begin uploading your 2025 documents to the portal as you receive them.

   2. Call us to have a quick chat.

   3. Call us to schedule a virtual appointment as soon as possible. You don’t need all our documents.

   4. If you want to skip round 1, let us know so we can file an extension for you.

   5. If you don’t need our help this year, please let us know

3. About 45% to 50% of our clients go on extension each year! This helps us tremendously. Please let us know if we should file one for you. We will continue to file auto extensions for our clients who consistently use this option.

4. Don’t wait until the last minute to approach us if you expect to owe. We can process your return now and transmit it later.
